CITRIS is located on the first floor of the Sustainability Research and Engineering building, which is part of the UC Merced 2020 Project anchoring the new Academic Quad. Like all 2020 Project buildings at UC Merced, SRE has Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
